Ingredients
To Be Mixed Into A Potato Stuffing
1/2 cup boiled and boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup boiled and coarsely boiled and crushed sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
salt to taste
Other Ingredients For Potato Corn Disc
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
3/4 cup aloo bhujia
Method
For potato corn disc
To make potato corn disc, place 2 crackers on a clean, dry surface.
Apply 1½ tsp of potato stuffing over one cracker.
Close it using another cracker.
Apply little tomato ketchup on the edges and finally roll in aloo bhujia sev.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 to make 19 more disc.
Serve the potato corn disc immediately.
