Method
  1. To make paneer schezuan bread roll, divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
  2. Take a hot dog roll, make a rectangular cut in the centre using a sharp knife.
  3. Remove the excess bread and make a depression.
  4. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to cut 3 more rolls.
  5. Place 1 cut roll on a clean, dry surface. Apply little melted butter in the depression and also on the sides.
  6. Stuff with a portion of the stuffing.
  7. Finally sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese evenly over it.
  8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 to make 3 more stuffed rolls.
  9. Place them on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. Serve paneer schezuan bread roll immediately with tomato ketchup.
