Ingredients

2 cups crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tbsp besan (Bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

20 small processed cheese cubes
oil for deep-frying

Method
For paneer cheese balls
- To make paneer cheese balls, divide the mixture into 20 equal portions.
- Shape each portion of the mxture into a flat round and put a small cube of cheese in the center.
- Bring all the sides together, seal them completely and roll them again lightly.
- Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry, a few paneer cheese balls at a time, on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour and crispy from all the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve the paneer cheese balls immediately with chilli sauce.
