Method

For palak paneer uttapam
 

  1. To make palak paneer uttapam, in a deep bowl, add semolina, palak purée, curd and ¾ cup water and mix well.

  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease with a little oil.

  3. Pour a ladle of the batter on it and the paneer mixture over it and press it lightly.

  4. Cook for 1 minute on a medium flame. Smear a little oil over it and along the edges.

  5. Flip over and cook on a medium flame till the uttapam turns brown in colour and crisp from both the sides.

  6. Serve the palak paneer uttapam immediately with green chutney.
