For Paan Shot
4 calcutta betel leaves (paan) , torn into small pieces
4 tbsp gulkand
2 1/2 tbsp paan (betel leaves) masala
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
10 ice-cubes
Method
For paan shot
- To make paan shot, combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Pour equal quantities of the paan shot into 12 shot glasses and serve chilled.
