Onion thyme soup
 

  1. To make onion thyme soup, heat the butter in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

  2. Add the spring onion greens, thyme and whole wheat flour, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.

  3. Add the vegetable stock, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

  4. Serve the onion thyme soup immediately.
