Method
For mooli jowar ki roti
  1. To make mooli jowar ki roti, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into a soft dough, using enough hot water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion between two sheets of greased plastic into a circle of 100 mm (4") diameter. You will need 1/4 tsp oil to grease each plastic sheet. Once 3 rotis are rolled, grease both the sheets again.
  3. Heat non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti using 1/4 tsp of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides.
  4. Serve the mooli jowar ki roti hot with fresh curds.
