Main Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chilled unflavoured flavoured soy milk
1 cup chilled mango pulp
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
For The Garnish
2 tbsp chopped mango
Method
- 1¼ cups of chopped mangoes gives approximately
- 1 cup of mango pulp.
- Combine all the ingredients together in a mixer and blend till smooth. Refrigerate to chill.
- Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with chopped mangoes.
