For ginger garlic soup
 

  1. To make ginger garlic soup, combine cornflour and 1/4 cup of water. Mix well to make cornflour slurry. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and ginger and sauté on medium flame for a minute.
  3. Add carrots, cabbage and french beans, mix well and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetable stock, corn flour slurry, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Cook on slow flame for 5 to 8 minutes until it becomes slightly thick consistency and garnish with coriander.
  6. Serve the ginger garlic soup warm.
