Method

For fig and apricot shake
 

  1. To make fig and apricot shake, soak the figs and apricots in ¼ cup of warm milk for at least ½ hour.

  2. Combine the soaked figs and apricots (with the milk), remaining 1 cup of milk, ice-cubes and sugar and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour equal quantities of the shake into 2 individual glasses.

  4. Serve the fig and apricot shake immediately garnished with almonds.
