Method

For dabeli brushetta
 

  1. To make dabeli brushetta, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan. Add the dabeli masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the potatoes, coriander, lemon juice, salt and ½ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Keep aside.
  3. Apply 1 tsp butter on each bread slice and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºc (360ºf) for 15 minutes or till crisp. Keep aside.
  4. Place a toasted bread on a clean, dry surface. Spread ¼ tsp garlic chutney and spread it evenly.
  5. Apply ½ tsp green chutney evenly over it.
  6. Put 1 tbsp of the prepared potato stuffing evenly over it.
  7. Top it with ½ tsp sweet chutney.
  8. Finally put 1 tsp sev, 1 tsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp masala peanuts and ½ tsp finely chopped coriander evenly over it.
  9. Repeat steps 4 to 8 to make 17 more dabeli brushettas.
  10. Serve the dabeli brushetta immediately.
