Method

For cream of mushroom soup
 

  1. To make cream of mushroom soup, heat butter in a broad pan, add garlic and onions and saute on medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute on medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add mixed herbs, salt, pepper and vegetable stock and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove in a big plate and allow it to cool.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste.
  6. Now transfer the paste into deep pan, add 1 cup water, fresh cream.
  7. Mix well and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes.
  8. Serve the cream of mushroom soup hot with toasted bread.
