Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat a broad non- stick pan, add the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from the flame, add the walnuts and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture immediately into a 100 mm. × 100 mm. (4” × 4”) greased square aluminium tin and spread it evenly with the help of the back of a spoon, keep aside for 30 minutes or till it cools completely and sets.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.

Hi, Chocolate walnut fudge turns out to be hit every time I make using ur recipe. Thank you very much. Can u replace butter with olive oil? If yes what should be the quantity
