Ingredients
For Cheesy Mushrooms
25 large sized mushrooms (khumb)
To Be Mixed Into A Stuffing
1 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp butter
salt to taste
Method
For cheesy mushrooms
- To make cheesy mushrooms, divide the stuffing into 25 equal portions and keep aside.
- Remove the stems of the mushrooms and discard them so as to form a cavity in the mushroom caps.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with a portion of the stuffing.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 10 minutes.
- Serve the cheesy mushrooms immediately.
