3/4 cup boondi
3/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
1 1/2 cups fresh curd (dahi)
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
Method
For boondi and pomegranate raita
- To make boondi and pomegranate raita, combine the curds, cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt in a deep bowl, whisk well.
- Add the boondi and pomegranate and mix well.
- Refrigerate the boondi and pomegranate raita for 30 minutes and serve immediately.
