For kuler ladoo
 

  1. To make kuler ladoo, combine the ghee and jaggery in a flat plate and mix well with fingers for 3 to 4 minutes or till the mixture becomes slightly fluffy.
  2. Add half the bajra flour and mix well.
  3. Add the remaining bajra flour and mix well till the mixture binds well like a dough.
  4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
  5. Serve the kuler ladoo immediately or store in an air-tight container. It stays fresh for 2 days.
