Method

For Paneer Fried Rice 
 

  1. To make paneer fried rice recipe, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
  2. Add the carrot, French beans and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cabbage, spring onions, paneer cubes, salt and pepper, sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve the paneer fried rice hot garnished with spring onions greens.
