For mixed sprouts salad
 

  1. To make mixed sprouts salad, combine the mixed sprouts, coriander, radish, tomatoes, fenugreek leaves and salt in a deep bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a small non-stick pan, add the green chilli and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Pour this tempering over the salad and mix well.
  4. Just before serving, discard the green chilli and serve immediately.
