Ingredients
For Instant Rose Coconut Ladoo
2 cups desiccated coconut
2 tbsp rose syrup
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp finely chopped almonds (badam)
1 tbsp finely chopped cashew nut (kaju)
a drop of edible food red colour
For Rolling
dried rose petals , optional
Method
For instant rose coconut ladoo
- To make instant rose coconut ladoo, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 15 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Roll each ball into coconut and serve immediately or store in an air-tight container.
