Honey chilli potato is sweet and spicy starter.
- Combine the plain flour, soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste, salt and water to make a thick paste. Keep aside.
- Dip the cauliflower and potatoes in the prepared batter and deep-fry it till it turns golden brown from all the sides. Remove on absorbent paper. Keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan add the honey sauce and fried potatoes and cauliflower, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
