For eggless mawa cupcake
  1. To make eggless mawa cupcake, place the cupcake liner in the cupcake tray. Keep aside.
  2. Sieve the plain flour, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Combine the melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence, cardamom powder and milk in another bowl and whisk well.
  4. Add the flour mixture and whisk it gently to make a batter of dropping consistency.
  5. Add the grated mawa and whisk well.
  6. Pour equal quantity of the batter into 9 lined cupcake tray. Tap the tray twice to remove the air bubbles.
  7. Sprinkle few pistachio flakes and almond flakes on the batter.
  8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 15 minutes or till done.
  9. Insert a toothpick in the centre of the cupcake to check its baked properly.
  10. Remove and allow it to cool completely.
  11. Serve the eggless mawa cupcake immediately.
