Ingredients
For Black Eyed Bean Salad
2 cups soaked and boiled chawli (cow pea / lobhia)
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and to taste
Method
For black eyed bean salad
