Cheese, in and out, that’s what this dish is all about! an assortment of veggies sautéed in butter is mixed with strips of paneer and white sauce, coated with ample cheese, and baked to perfection. Close your eyes and relish the creamy, cheesy feel of the baked paneer in white sauce.

Method
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan and add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the capsicum, carrots and white sauce, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the paneer and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while mixing gently.
- Spread the mixture on a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over it and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

Baked paneer in white sauce.. lovely recipe.. made this on a saturday.. and my family just loved it..
