To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
1 cup bean sprouts (readily available in the market)
1/2 cup cooked macaroni
1/2 cup cooking cheese cubes , cut into small cubes
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup capsicum cubes
salt and to taste

  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a serving bowl and mix well. Refrigerate to chill.
  2. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.

The mustard and vinegar to be added to the dressing tasted sweet and sour which was a contributing factor to the dish
