This delicious herb-flavoured spread is made by combining cottage cheese with yoghurt, parsley and dill which can be served as a healthy spread on whole wheat bread toasts for breakfast.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour and use as required.

the herb cheese recipe was a delight. parsley can can be easily identified as it stands out in this dish. could be had with crackers or bread
