Ingredients
2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
3 cups white sauce
salt to taste
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper powder
a pinch of nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
a few sprigs of parsley
1 onion , chopped
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pan and mix well.
  2. Place the pan on a double boiler and cook on a slow flame for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Serve hot garnished with pars;ey.
