Whole wheat pasta salad is a fun filled delicious blend of fiber dense wheat pastas stir fried with onion, tomatoes and chillies and served as a salad. Relish whole wheat pasta salad with vegetables as a cold salad with a meal of your choice.

1 big packet kurkure red chilli chataka
1 to 2 tbsp chopped asparagus
1 cup boiled whole wheat pasta
3 to 4 lettuce leaves
2 to 3 tsp sprouted moong (whole green gram)
2 to 3 tsp sprouted chana and sprouted matki (moath beans)
2 to 3 tbsp chopped cucumber
2 to 3 tbsp chopped carrots
1 tbsp chopped leeks
7 to 8 cherry tomatoes
7 to 8 black olives
5 to 6 stuffed green olives
1 to 2 chopped capsicums (green, yellow, red)
a few leaves rosemary
1/2 tsp chopped chives
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
3 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup hung curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp chopped parsley

  1. Take asparagus, pasta and lettuce in a salad bowl.
  2. add sprouted moong dal, chana and moth.
  3. Also add cucumber, carrots, leeks, cherry tomatoes, black and green olives. now add green, red and yellow bell pepper, rosemary and chives.
  4. add salt, black pepper, vinegar and mix all the ingredients.
  5. finally mix parsley, kurkure, boiled whole wheat pasta and hung curd and top the salad with this mixture.
  6. Whole wheat pasta salad is ready to serve.
