  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Make a batter of pouring consistency using enough water.
  2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
  4. Spread a portion of the batter to make a thin dosa and cook using oil till they turn golden brown and crsip.
  5. Serve immediately.
