Veggies On Iceberg recipe - How to make Veggies On Iceberg

2 carrot , chopped
2 french beans , chopped
4 to 5 ice leaves , immersed in cold water
1/2 cup sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup bean sprouts ,
1 capsicum , chopped
1 yellow capsicum , chopped
1 red capsicum , chopped
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
sugar to taste
salt to taste
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp tomato ketchup
  1. Place the vegetables evenly on a non-stick pan with no oil and cook till they turn soft.
  2. Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and mix well.
  3. Add the salt and sugar, tomato sauce and mix well.
  4. Add roasted peanuts, mix well and cook for 1 minute .
  5. And serve little mixture in iceberg leaves.
  6. Add little sprouts on top and add little crushed fried noodles on top.
