Ingredients
1/2 kg potatoes
1/4 kg mixed vegetables i.e. french beans , beetroot , capsicum , green peas , carrot
1/4 cup corn (makai ke dane) flour
1/2 cup chiroti rava or
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp ginger-green chilly paste
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste and
oil for shallow frying
Method
    Method
  1. Boil the potatoes in presser cooker and mashed them.
  2. Chopped all mix vegitables in small pieces.
  3. Boil them in seperate pan till they turn in soft.
  4. Drain the water and spread them on a paper to dry excess water.
  5. Mix them with mashed potatoes along with salt,ginger-green chilly paste, cornflour, corriandar, lemon juice, pav-bhaji masala.
  6. Make them in small balls and flate it for shallow fry.
  7. Rub in chiroti rava or bread crumps.
  8. Heat a tava,put little oil and fry cutlets both sides on medium flame.
  9. Tasty and healthy cutlets are ready to serve.
  10. Serve with green pudina chutney and tomato ketchup.
