Method- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

- Add all the vegetables and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

- Add the white stock, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

- Add the white sauce and parsley, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
