  1. Heat a pressure pan with 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add onions and fry till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add cauliflower.
  4. Fry till both become light brown.
  5. Then add the beans and carrots.
  6. Simmer the gas.
  7. In the mean time wash rice and put it on colander for draining.
  8. Grind tomatoes, dalchini, ilaichi,cloves, red chillies, ginger, garlic to a fine paste.
  9. Put in the pressure pan with the vegetables.
  10. Close the pressure pan and give one whistle.
  11. Let it cool.
  12. Then add the rice, salt and coconut milk in the pan.
  13. Close the pressure pan and give 2-3 more whistles depending on your pressure pan.
  14. Let it cool.
  15. Just after opening top it with ghee and serve hot with onion raita.
