Veg hakka noodles recipe - How to make Veg hakka noodles

1 pack Hakka noodles (chings secret)
4-5 garlic, finely chopped
1 piece of ginger finely chopped
1 green chilli diced
1 cup cabbage, thinly diced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 small white onion, thinly sliced
2 spring onion with greenpart,chopped finely
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 tsp soya sauce (chings secret)
2 tsp red chilli sauce (chings secret)
1/2 tsp chinese salt (optional)
3 tsp oil
salt to taste

  1. 1. boil the noodles as per instructions. run cold water through the noodles when done and add 1 tsp of oil, so they dont stick.
  2. 2. heat a pan or wok to high. add ginger, garlic and green chili. stir.
  3. 3. add onion, white part of spring onion, cabbage, bell pepper and carrots. stir for 1-2 min.
  4. 4. add the sauces and salt. mix well.
  5. 5. add noodles, mix it well and cook for a min.
  6. Garnish with green parts of spring onion. serve hot.
