150 gms capsicum
100 gms cabbage
100 gms carrot
200 gms french beans
1/2 kg potatoes
salt to taste
oil for frying
5 slices of white bread
1 tsp M.S.G
2 tsp green chilli paste

  1. Boil, peel, and mash potatoes. add salt.
  2. Chop carrots and beans into very fine pieces.
  3. Chop cabbage very finely. add salt and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. squeeze out the excess water.
  4. Chop capcicum finely.
  5. Crumble the bread pieces.
  6. Heat 1 tbsp. oil. add carrots beans. stir fry.
  7. Then add cabbage, capcicum, 1 tsp ajinomoto, crushed green chillies and salt to taste.
  8. Stir fry and remove from heat. cool.
  9. In the mashed potato, add the cooled vegetable mixture and crumbled bread pieces. mix well.
  10. Make lemon sized balls.
  11. Shape like 2-3 inch stick. fry in hot oil.
  12. Drain the excess oil on paper.
  13. Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce
