5 to 6 tulsi (Indian basil) leaves
water as required

  1. Wash the tulsi leaves and
  2. Dip them in water.
  3. Keep it soaked for 3-4 hrs.
  4. Boil that water along with the leaves for 5-7 min and drink that hot water.
  5. Repeat the process for atleast 3 days and see the effect.
