Truffle Delight recipe - How to make Truffle Delight

1 1/2 cups melted dark chocolate
3/4 cup grated white chocolate
250 gms grated paneer
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp candied peel
2 tbsp coarsely powdered almonds (badam)
4 tbsp coarsely powdered pistachios
8 large firm lychees , peeled and stoned
1 tbsp candied orange peel for garnish
  1. Combine the paneer, honey, almonds and 2 tbsp candied orange peel in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the white chocolate and mix well till it becomes smooth.
  3. Gently and carefully spoon the paneer-chocolate mixture into the lychee centre.
  4. After stuffing the lychees, dip them in the melted dark chocolate and in let it set for a while.
  5. Them roll them in coarsely grounded pistachios and place them in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  6. Serve them in small paper cups garnished with candied orange peel.
