The tropical smoothie is a balanced combination of papaya and pineapple blended with ever popular vanilla ice-cream. The zing of pineapple compensates well for the blandness of papaya, resulting in a smoothie worth a fortune!
Method- Combine the curds, vanilla ice-cream, papaya, pineapple and sugar and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Place 2 tbsp of crushed ice into 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the smoothie into each glass.
- Serve immediately.
