Can serve with ice ,if prefer can add black salt ,pepper ,roasted cumin seed powder .
- 1. boil bottels ,keep boiling till syrup is ready
- 2.blanch tomatoes ,cool ,make juice in mixy ,adding one cup of water
- 3.strain juice
- 4.add sugar,citric acid ,boil till ,sticky like madhu ,but thread should not form
- 5.remove foth ,close gas
- 6.add sodium benzoite ,diluted in hot syrup
- 6a. can add red color ,optional
- 7. bottel hot syrup ,in boilig bottles
- Leave 2" space in bottel , cap it airtight
