OIL-1 TABLESPOON
RED CHILLIES-5
BANGLORE TOMATOES-2 MED
ONIONS-1 MED
SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
LITTLE SUGAR
SEASONING;-
MUSTRD SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS-1/2 TSP EACH
- Take oil in pan heat it, now add red chillies let them splutter add onions ,let them turn into pink colour now add tomatoes, sugar and salt, let them tomotoes becomes soft....now put off the gas let the mixture cool. ow grind it in the mixi into smooth paste. now season with mustard and cumin seeds with very little oil.
