Tomato chutney with groundnut is a delightful tomato chutney with the chopped tomatoes blended with a ground powder comprising of groundnuts, garlic, chillies and sesame seeds.

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients except tomato in a kadai and make a powder of it.
  2. Cut tomatoes into small a kadai add enough oil season with mustard seeds and add the cut tomatos with haldi and salt.
  3. Allow them to cook till they become soft and condensed then add the ground masala and cook till the oil comes out.
  4. Add jaggery and mix well and then remove from fire. can be taken with rice as well as roties.
