Method


  1. Take a pan with 3 spoons of oil and fry the onions till they become pink and transparent.
  2. Then add garlic and chillies and fry for some more time till onions become little reddish.(don''t fry the onions too much).
  3. Now all the leaves and fry for a while then add tomatoes and fry some more time till tomatoes become soft.
  4. You can add little tamarind.
