Besan - 500gm
Salt - As per ones choice
Corn Flour - 2tbsp
Water - to liquify the flour.
Corriander leaves - to garnish
Oil - to fry
- Mix besan, corn flour and water till it turns to the consistency of a dosa dough. also add corn flour solution to it. add salt to the mixture. using a holed frying spoon,pour the mixture through it into the pan of hot oil and fry till it turns golden brown. garnish it with corriander leaves
