  1. Grind the thandai mixture to fine powder and keep aside.
  2. Bring milk to boil. Add the above mixture and simmer for 2 minutes. Add sugar and let it dissolve well. Add rose syrup and stir well. Sieve the milk.
  3. Refrigerate for few hours and serve fresh and cold.
