Tea sangaria, a mélange of tea, apple and lemon juice, which can be made in a jiffy. What’s more, it can be made in advance, a few hours ahead of the party, and this makes it extremely convenient. The tea will seep in and induce an interesting, strong flavour to the drink. Glass used: pitcher/ old fashioned rock glass
Method- Combine the tea decoction, apple juice and lemon juice in a bowl and stir using a ladle/ stirrer.
- Transfer the above mixture to a pitcher. Add the crushed ice and chopped fruits of your choice.Stir once and serve immediately in individual rock glasses.
Handy tip- To make ½ cup tea decoction, combine 1 cup of water with 1 tsp tea leaves and bring to a boil. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. Strain and use as per the recipe.
