Tasty Tangy Mango Rice recipe - How to make Tasty Tangy Mango Rice

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the green chilli and curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chana dal and peanuts and saute till the dal turns golden brown in colour.
  4. Add the mango paste, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Add the jaggery and mix well till the jaggery melts.
  6. Add the grated coconut, mix well and saute for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the rice and saute for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
