8 bread slices
4 tbsp white butter
2 medium sized cucumbers
1/2 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste1or2 green chillies ground (optional)

  1. Grate the cucumbers,press and drain out its water,
  2. Mix the ground rai, pepper powder, salt,cucumber to the white butter,
  3. Spread a thick layer of the mixture on the bread slice and cover with another slice,
  4. Cut the sides and serve.
  5. Ps. 1or 2 green chillies can be ground and added to the butter mixture if one requires a spicy sandwich.
