1 kg tomatoes
100 gms onions
10 gms garlic (lehsun)
30 gms ginger (adrak)
100 to 200 gms sugar
30 to 50 gms salt
50 gms garam masala
50 gms red chillies

  1. Cut tomato in 4 pieces
  2. Paste adrak ,garlic ,onion
  3. Add pate cook
  4. When tomatoes are cooked and soft sieve it
  5. Addsugar ,thicken it
  6. Add masalas
  7. Add sodium benzoit one pinch
  8. Bottel it
