Sweetcorn and Mango Cups recipe - How to make Sweetcorn and Mango Cups

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 10 to 12 servings


For The Filling
1 cup blanched sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1 cup chopped mangoes
1 1/4 cups chopped oranges
1/4 cup grapes
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped basil
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp condensed milk

For Cups
mini rotis

To Garnish
grated paneer

    For cups
  1. Make mini rotis and arrange them in a muffin tray. Bake it for 15 minutes or until crisp at 180 degrees and unmould. Keep aside.

For filling

    For filling
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Fill it into above roti cups.
  2. Garnish it with paneer and serve with fresh coconut water.
