Sweet with A Twist recipe - How to make Sweet with A Twist

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

4 tbsp mango ice-cream
4 rasgullas , cut into halves
6 tbsp mango pulp
6 tbsp milk
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp vanilla ice-cream
4 tbsp mangoes
2 tbsp grated dark chocolate
1 tbsp roasted walnuts (akhrot) , broken into pieces
1 tbsp roasted almonds (badam) , broken into pieces
4 sliced mango for garnish
  1. Combine the mangoes, walnuts, almonds and dark chocolate in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and keep aside.
  3. Combine the milk, sugar and mango pulp in a bowl, mix well and divide into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
  4. Take thin tall glass. Put 1 tbsp mango ice-cream, 2 halved rasgullas over it.
  5. Pour 1 part of the mango pulp milk mix.
  6. Put 1 part of the mango chocolate mixture put 1 tbsp vanilla ice-cream over it.
  7. Put 1 more part of chocolate mango mixture.
  8. Garnish with mango slice and chill in the freezer for 1 hour.
  9. Serve chilled.
  10. Similarly prepare other glasses.
