Method
    Method
  1. Take a frying pan add a spoon of ghee into it and fry the sesame seeds on a low flame until they are golden brown.
  2. Keep them aside.
  3. Add the urad dal, chana dal and fry them, then fry dried red chillies and curry leaves.
  4. Switch off the flame and add tamarind pulp, grated coconut salt and jaggery and mix well.
  5. Add adequate quantity of water and grind to a coarse paste.
  6. Take a small pan and add a spoon of ghee, add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle, then add hing.
  7. Season this tadka on the prepared till chutney.
  8. Serve with dosas, chapatis or rotis.
